§ 22-90. Building requirement; location of business.

(a)

No junk dealer of any type shall carry on his business in any building which is not of fireproof construction.

(b)

No junk dealer of any type shall carry on his business at any place other than the one designated in his license, as provided in division 3 of this article, nor shall such business be carried on at any time after the suspension, revocation or expiration of such license.
