§ 28-5. License—Required.

  • (a)

    Duration. It shall be unlawful for any person to establish, maintain, conduct or operate any present or future mobile home park within the limits of the city without first having obtained a license therefor from the building official of the city. Such license shall be for the calendar year or any part thereof, ending December 31 of each year with the right to renew license yearly, if a mobile home park is in compliance with this chapter.

    (b)

    Annual fee. The annual license fee for each license or renewal thereof to operate a mobile home park shall be determined by the following fee schedule, as may be revised by future ordinance:

    (1)

    Up to 20 mobile home stands, $25.00;

    (2)

    Twenty-one through 40 mobile home stands, $50.00;

    (3)

    Forty-one through 60 mobile home stands, $75.00;

    (4)

    Sixty-one through 80 mobile home stands, $100.00; and

    (5)

    Each mobile home stand in excess of 80, an additional, $1.00.
